The Gift That Keeps on Giving...

I am so pleased that we have come to my favorite time of year! Prefirst participates in Samaritan’s Purse as one of our service projects. It is going to take the participation of each child to truly make this a successful venture. So, please help us to collect a variety of new items for boys and girls who will not have Christmas without your help. Each item must be able to fit within a standard size shoebox.  We will have a designated area in our classroom to collect all of our items. If you need additional information, it can be found @ Operation Christmas Child . You will find that your child can also be particularly helpful after viewing the information video on Operation Christmas Child today at school. J Please have all of your items in by October 28, 2010.  On October 29, 2010, we will have a prayerful packing party, and we will prepare and package our shoeboxes as a class. This year our goal is to prepare and fill 12 shoeboxes to be a blessing to boys and girls from afar!

On behalf of Samaritan’s Purse I would like to thank you in advance for your support and cheerful hearts in the days to come.
